Exceptional
A very high quality hotel, decorated with good Tuscan taste, the rooms are equipped with all the necessary equipment, a very comfortable bed. A small high-quality spa, a small pool heated to a temperature of about 35 degrees, there are jacuzzi streams in the pool, a small hammam, a small gym, we received a massage treatment from an excellent therapist. A well-kept, quiet and pleasant dining room with a variety of delicious and fresh food. Excellent staff service. The hotel is located about a 30 minute walk to the city center, the hotel has a shuttle service several times a day round trip, in short an excellent and high quality hotel highly recommended for travelers in Florence

Comfortable stay but rather expensive
Breakfast was excellent, lots of choices and lots of it. Hotel was very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful
Restaurant in the evening was expensive. Not many restaurants nearby as alternative.

Wonderful hotel - discreet, well maintained with an amazing view of the river; staff were superb; spa is a hidden gem
Bar staff were lovely but we ordered a couple of brandies and rather than check they simply served a very expensive - only other small point is the pool was closed (fine it’s Oct) but as the pool was central to the garden it would have been lovely to still sit around it in 28 degree sunshine
